We will be holding our girl’s state play-off game in Gym 1 on Friday March 7th at pm. We will be playing either North Bend or Marist High School. North Bend and Marist are playing each other Tuesday March 4th and the winner of this game will play us on the 7th.
We are expecting a very large crowd for this game. Three different doors will be used for entry into the game, two on the commons side, and one from the office side. No family, ASB, or Capital Conference passes will be allowed since it is a state play-off game. The price of entry is $4 for students and $6 for adults. We are reserving a large section for student seating (see attached map). Students wear your white! The first 50 students to enter the game wearing white will receive a video rental coupon to Wallace Video in Woodburn. Show your Husky Pride and come early! Doors will open at 6pm.
Parking will also be at premium at the game. Staff please park in the parking lot off of the breezeway by the commons. The gate off of Boones Ferry road will be left open during the game. Students please carpool as much as possible, ride with your friends to the game!
This is a state play-off game, so no spirit signs or noise-makers will be allowed. However, students you can yell as loud as you want as you cheer for our girl’s basketball team!
Students: the next time we will play will be Tuesday March 11th at OSU if we win on Friday night. The first 30 students to bring $5, and a note from a parent will be allowed to ride on the rooter bus. Notes and money must be into the office by 3pm on Friday March 7th (Monday March 10th is a grading day, and students will not be in school). If you will be riding with a parent to the game, you will need to bring a note into the office to excuse you from class.
